Harris House has been providing addiction treatment in St. Louis for over 50 years. If you or someone you know needs help, call us for a free confidential assessment with one of our counselors. Our staff will answer all your questions about our alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs. We can also arrange for an intervention. Clients are admitted to our programs every day of the year.
Harris House provides substance abuse treatment services to men and women age 18 and above. Our substance abuse treatment programs are various evidenced base treatment philosophies for lifelong recovery. They are supplemented with medication management and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) process groups, based on an individual treatment plan. All of our counselors are licensed mental health therapists.
Many Harris House residents have a dual diagnosis, with a mental illness such as depression, anxiety or bi-polar disorder in addition to their substance abuse problem. Our treatment programs take all factors into account that include various forms of medication management, including vivitrol, suboxone, naltrexone, and other anti-craving medications.
If Harris House is not the appropriate treatment setting for you, we will help find a program that meets your needs and refer you there.
